Now, first we have something that I think is phenomenal.
It's a Pope Chart... of the 264 popes from Peter to Pope John Paul II right over in the bottom here. There's a small picture of each Pope and a very short biography for each one. It shows the 4 major Basilicas in Rome; St. Peters, St. Major Mary, St. John Lateran, and St. Paul Outside the Walls. They are way up at the top.
It also has a small chart of the coat of arms of the Supreme Pontiff from the 12th century until our own times. It's amazing.
This chart proves a lot. It proves for one thing that there has been a Holy Father, a Pope, in office for centuries. It's a great teaching tool for learning the history of the Catholic Church. It's wonderful to have.
When somebody says, 'Who brought up your church?' 'Well, Jesus did.' And, boy, can you prove it.
